Bộ từ điền Lạc Việt 2002 là một phần mềm không thể thiếu trong danh sách phần mềm trong máy tính của mỗi người. Hiện nay, đã có phiên bản Lạc Việt 2009 với nhiều cải tiến mới như:
cập nhật cơ sở dữ liệu trực tuyến khi có từ mới với hơn 70.000 từ, mục từ có sẵn;

    * từ điển viết tắt, từ điển tiếp tố (tiếp đầu ngữ và tiếp vị ngữ), từ điển tiếng Việt giải thích;
    * dịch tự động qua hệ thống máy chủ Vietgle khi có kết nối Internet;
    * phân tách nghĩa câu và có khả năng cập nhật qua mạng khi có các phiên bản update hay sửa lỗi.

Đây là bộ 17 CDs dạy Anh văn cho người Việt theo phương pháp rất nổi tiếng Pimsleur.

17 CDs này đã được chuyển sang dạng mp3 trong 2 CDs.

Dr. Paul Pimsleur (1928—1976) was one of the world's experts in applied linguistics. He taught French phonetics and phonemics at University of California, Los Angeles after obtaining his Ph.D. in French from Columbia University.

His research was focused into understanding the language acquisition process, especially the organic learning of children that speak a language without knowing its formal structure. For this, he studied the learning process of groups made of children, *****s, and multilingual *****s. The result of this research was the Pimsleur language learning system.
